Now, you can enjoy them by the splash, spoon, or jigger to recreate the classic flavors of yesteryear in your next refreshing beverage!

Squeeze a dropper full or two of our Acid Phosphate into a cocktail or soda to increase tartness and acidity (or to substitute for citrus juice).

Classic Phosphate Soda:

1/2 teaspoon Acid Phosphate

1 oz Any Flavor of Soda or Cocktail Syrup

4 oz. Seltzer Water
